The Robert F. DeCaprio Art Gallery invites the local community to showcase their artistic talent. A Call for Entries will go out in April 2024.

About the Juror: Jacob Boglio
Jacob Boglio, born 1994. Lives and works on the traditional Territories of the Three Fire Peoples — the Ojibwe, Odawa and Bodéwadmi (Chicago, Illinois). Often working at the intersection of painting and sculpture; utilizing reclaimed materials to question the givenness of class-status and to reconstruct viewers’ perspectives of the body in relation to class-status. Boglio is currently a teaching artist at Art on Sedgwick, and an adjunct instructor of sculpture at Trinity Christian College, with work included in exhibitions and private collections. Boglio received their Bachelor of Arts in graphic design and Bachelor of Fine Arts in studio art from Trinity Christian College in 2018, followed by a postbaccalaureate in 2019, and a Master of Fine Art in studio art from University of Illinois Chicago in 2022.
